NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-007365-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and GLORIA GALVAN, GLORIA M. GALVAN A/K/A GLORIA GALVAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLORIA M. GALVANA/K/A GLORIA GALVAN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of March, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 191, CAMELLIA GARDENS, SECTION THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 77 AND 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
