YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Lot 19, Block 153, Meadow Woods Subdivision, Village 9, Phase 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 20 at Pages 104-105 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D.
