MUNZ; WILLARD J. MUNZ, SURVIVING CO-TRUSTEE OF THE MUNZ REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED JULY 22, 2004; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 2, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
