VERNAMONTI ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. VERNAMONTI N/K/A WENDY VERNAMONTI; REGIONS BANK F/K/A AMSOUTH BANK; THE TREETOPS AT RANGER POINT HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on 3/7/16, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
