Scott, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will on the 29th day of February, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 67, Block 347, of that certain subdivision know as PORT CHARLOTTE SECTION 21, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida in Plat Book 5, at page(s) 12A-12G.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
