NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case that the office of Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 7494, Building 6 of EAGLE CREEK III, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1145, Page 6, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 19, Page 198, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash: Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on March 10, 2016 VIA THE INTERNET: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 9:00 a.m. on the day after the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
