NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015CA002093AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWALT 2004-17CB), is Plaintiff and ALICE E. YOUNT A/K/A ALICE YOUNT; BAYSHORE GARDENS HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK E, OF BAYSHORE GARDENS, SEC. NO. 9-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE(S) 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
