YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to partition the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 307D, Building F, BAYSHORE-ON-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 3, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 919, Pages 600 through 620, inclusive, and all subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DAVID W. WILCOX, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 308 13th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before MARCH 18, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
