JONATHAN M. LEACH; JENNIFER LEACH; and any and all UNKNOWN TENANT(S), in possession of the subject property,
Defendant(s).
Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 15-CC-660, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are JONATHAN M. LEACH; et al., Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 8, 2016 the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 170, Covered Bridge Estates, Phase 4A, 4B, 5A, & 5B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 195, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Also known as 6236 French Creek Court, Ellenton, Florida 34222
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
