Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Capital One Bank (Usa), N.A., Guy A. Smith a/k/a Guy A. Smith III, Susan R. Smith a/k/a Susan Jane Smith, Polk County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, Clerk of Court of Polk County, Lake Gibson Village Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 8th of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
