NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 2, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-3870 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2004-7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-7, Plaintiff and DOUGLAS DIDRICK, ET AL. are defendant(s), I, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 A.M. on MARCH 3, 2016, IN THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX IN THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, LOCATED AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
