NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Unopposed Default Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and Re-Establishment of Lost Instrument entered on January 28, 2016 in Case No. 2015-CA-000130 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit for Polk County, Florida, in which AMBER WAY, LLC, is Plaintiff, and STEPHEN SHERRIN, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via on-line auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on March 15, 2016 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 4 AND 5 AND THE EAST 7 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 2, A RESUBDIVISION OF A PART OF HOWARD CANNON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
