NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25, 2016, and entered in 2014CA-001558-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELBERT AYERS, JR., DECEASED; ALICE CARPENTER; WANDA KUHNS; JIMMY AYERS; CHARLES AYERS A/K/A CHARLES M. AYERS; MITCHELL CARPENTER; KENNETH AYERS; DALE AYERS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MIDFLORIDA CREDIT UNION F/K/A MIDFLORIDA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH AYERS are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
