NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2015 entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001111-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as successor in interest to all permitted successors and assigns of JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2004-4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-4 is the Plaintiff and Deborah Camera a/k/a Deborah M. Camera; Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club Master Property Owners, Inc.; Veranda I at Cypress Trace Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the March 3, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1721, BUILDING 17, IN VERANDA I AT CYPRESS TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3405, PAGE 1284, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
