NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 12, 2014 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-051501 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and RICHARD VALENTINE, ARLENE VALENTINE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2 day of March, 2016 at 9:00 AM the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
LOTS 3, BLOCK 107, UNIT 22, SOUTHWOOD, SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
