MAHAN, Unknown Spouse of JOHN F. MAHAN, n/k/a MARGIE MAHAN are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of May, 2016 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 711, Cape Coral Subdivision, Unit 21, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 149 through 173, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
