NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2016, entered in Case No. 36-2015-CA-050605 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Gerald Vincent Pottinger Jr A/K/A Gerald V Pottinger Jr; The Unknown Spouse Of Gerald V Pottinger Jr Gerald Vincent Pottinger Jr N/K/A Christine Rawlings; The Village Of Cedarbend Homeowners Association, Inc.; Tenant #1 N/K/A Kerry Antoine; Tenant #2 N/K/A Enette Cherulis, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 am on Beginning 9:00 Am at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes March 7, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
