NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-051026 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Robby Burk are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 7, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 1703, BUILDING 17, WILLOW BROOK AT PARKER LAKES III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3187, PAGE 4294, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
