NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5 day of February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050984, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2007-4, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH SERIES 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and PETER J. ANNAZONE, SR. A/K/A PETER J. ANNAZONE AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE ANNAZONE REVOCABLE TRUSTEE OF THE ANNAZONE REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 27, 2009, SHELIA A. ANNAZONE A/K/A SHELIA ANNAZONE AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE ANNAZONE REVOCABLE TRUSTEE OF THE ANNAZONE REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 27, 2009., ANTHONY ANNAZONE, TERRA ANNAZONE, and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named defendants are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 5 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST , LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO A ROAD EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 30 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
