NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 AM, on the 3 day of March, 2016, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit Week/Number(s) 8. 9, and 10, in Condominium Parcel Unit 110, HURRICANE HOUSE, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1889, Page 2681, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
