RAMIREZ A/K/A HELAYNE CARIDAD RAMIREZ N/K/A HELAYNE PONCE A/K/A HELAYNE C. PONCE A/K/A HELAYNE CARIDAD PONCE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HELAYNE RAMIREZ A/K/A HELAYNE C. RAMIREZ A/K/A HELAYNE CARIDAD RAMIREZ N/K/A HELAYNE PONCE A/K/A HELAYNE C. UNIT 303, EVANSTON PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1571, PAGES 1095 THROUGH 1171, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLICA RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
