NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2016 in Case No. 15-CA-002453 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein ODYSSEY AT OLYMPIA POINTE ASSOCIATION, INC, a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and HEERA, LLC, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on March 7, 2016. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 509, OLYMPIA POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 84, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 8531 ATHENA CT, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33971.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
