Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court in and for Sarasota County, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller, will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1207, BROADWAY PROMENADE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF A CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2007099056, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 4th day of March, 2016.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
