NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on January 25, 2016, in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on March 1, 2016, the following property described below, situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
