NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 14, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 001722 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH1 is Plaintiff and MORDEKHAY AMSALEM and MARY AMSALEM, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on May 16, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in SARASOTA County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
