NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA000753 WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SEASIDE NATIONAL BANK & TRUST, is Plaintiff, and RICHARD C. HARTLEY A/K/A RICHARD CARL HARTLEY, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 7th day of March, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT:
LOT 174, SEA RANCH ON THE GULF SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING ALL AND THE SAME LANDS AND PREMISES CONVEYED TO RICHARD C. HARTLEY BY DONNA C. DICLEMENTE IN A WARRANTY DEED EXECUTED 7/18/2008 AND RECORDED 7/29/2008 IN BOOK 7893, PAGE 104 OF THE PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA LAND RECORDS.

BEING ALL AND THE SAME LANDS AND PREMISES CONVEYED TO DONNA C. DICLEMENTE BY MALCOLM H. SLIVE AND DALE SLIVE IN A WARRANTY DEED EXECUTED 10/31/2003 AND RECORDED 11/4/2003 IN BOOK 5608, PAGE 1721 OF THE PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA LAND RECORDS.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
