NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003860WS in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and, FRANCISCO TORRES, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 14th day of MARCH, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 402, VERANDAHS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 64 THROUGH 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
