NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015CA002639CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and GREGORY S. WARGO, SR. A/K/A GREGORY S. WARGO; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A LINDA AQUILINO, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 16th day of March, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1078, THE LAKES, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 129-131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
