NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 4th day of November 2015, and entered in Case No. : 51-2013-CA-000515-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013--I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC' IT'S TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and SARA I. MCCOY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARA I. MCCOY; MARILIA Y. ANTUNEZ; BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION,INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 7th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
