Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2016, in Case No. 51-2014-CA-002507-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which Leon H. Spooner, Deceased; Unknown Heirs, Devisees and Claimants of Leon H. Spooner, Deceased; All Unknown Parties Claiming Interest by, through, under or against a names defendant to this action, or having to claiming to have any right, titleor interest in the property herein described; Lisa Spooner Caruso and Leon Jeffrey Spooner are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 10, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
The North 63.33 feet of Lot 9, UZZLE ACRES SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 93 of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
