NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2016 and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003565-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein Concord Station Community Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Nicholas Montell Shavers and Shante Shavers, is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 14th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 1, IN BLOCK A, OF CONCORD STATION PHASE 1, UNITS A AND B, ACCORDING IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY.
Property Address: 3223 Chessington Drive, Land O' Lakes, FL 34638.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
