You are HEREBY notified that an action for foreclosure of lien on the following described property:
Unit 80, TANGLEWOOD MOBILE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto as recorded in O.R. Book 922, Page 1533 through 1594, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH that certain 1973 OAKR mobile home located thereon with ID #OF32303 which has been retired/cancelled in O.R. Book 8288, Page 566, Pasco County Records.
Has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Bush Ross P.A., Post Office Box 3913, Tampa, FL 33601, on or before 3/14/16, a date within 30 days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
