YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage in and to the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
LOT 13, ANCLOTE RIVER ACRES, UNIT ONE, being a subdivision of lands lying in the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 26 South, Range 16 East, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 67 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the plaintiffs' attorney, whose name and address is: Harvey Schonbrun, Esquire, 1802 North Morgan Street, Tampa, Florida 33602-2328, on or before 3/14, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service of plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
