NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001068 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for Specialty Underwriting and Residential Finance Trust Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-BC4, is the Plaintiff and Deborah M. King, George Samancioglu, Jennifer Mailloux, Wilmington Finance, a division of AIG Federal Savings Bank, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 25th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
