NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001204 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-KS2, is Plaintiff, and JOAN E. BREWSTER, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 9th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Tract 643 of the unrecorded plat of Parkwood Acres Subdivision, Unit Four, being further described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 1, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida; go thence North 89 degrees 17'10” West along the North line of said Section 1, a distance of 1950 feet; thence South 00 degrees 51' 07” West, a distance of 925.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; continue thence South 00 degrees 51'07” West, a distance of 225.0 feet; thence North 89 degrees 17'10” West, a distance of 100.0 feet; thence North 00 degrees 51' 07” East, a distance of 225.0 feet; thence South 89 degrees 17'10” East, a distance of 100.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; excepting therefrom the Southerly 25.0 feet thereof to be used for road right-of-way purposes. Together with 1991 Homes of Merit doublewide mobile home, ID# HML2F28262256787A&B.
