NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2014CA001989CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ANTHONY S. RAVENNA, SHANNA LYNN MILLER, and HEATHER R. KOBY, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 1, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
