NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-001931-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and KARENA J. BURNETTE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, Block D, ASBEL CREEK PHASE THREE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Pages 1-3, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH RESTRICTIONS, COVENANTS, AND EASEMENTS OF RECORDS AND AS SET FORTH IN ATTACHED EXHIBIT A.
Said Property is not the homestead of the Grantor(s) under the laws and constitution of the State of Florida in that neither Grantor(s) or any members of the household of Grantor(s) reside thereon.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
