NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-007837WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and SHARON MARKS BEUTOW, LORI JAN COONEY, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARTIN MARKS, DECEASED, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON MARKS BEUTOW N/K/A TIM BEUTOW, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORI JAN COONEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTIN MARKS, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Martin Marks, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of March, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 817, THE LAKES UNIT FOUR, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 40-41, inclusive, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
