NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 20, 2016 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-003138-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and STEVEN HAUK, MICHAEL HAUK A/K/A MICHAEL WILLIAM HAUK, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE ALFRED W. AND MARJORIE HAUK REVOCABLE TRUST , ALFRED W. AND MARJORIE A. HAUK REVOCABLE TRUST, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ALFRED W. AND MARJORIE A. HAUK REVOCABLE TRUST, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS , ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ALFRED W. HAUK KNOWN HEIR OF ALFRED HAUK A/K/A ALFREDD W. HAUK AND MARJORIE HAUK A/K/A MARJORIE A. HAUK, UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT(S), UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ALFRED W. & MARJORIE A. HAUK REVOCABLE TRUST, UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND ALL PERSONS, FIRMS OR ASSOCIATIONS CLAIMING RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST FROM OR UNDER MARJORIE HAUK A/K/A MARJORIE A. HAUK, UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND ALL PERSONS, FIRMS OR ASSOCIATIONS CLAIMING RIGHT, TITLE OR UNDER ALFRED HAUK A/K/A ALFRED W. HAUK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL HAUKA/K/A MICHAEL WILLIAM HAUK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN HAUK, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Marjorie A. Hauk, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, unknown trustees, settlers and beneficiaries of Alfred W. and Marjorie A. Hauk Revocable Trust are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of March, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT NO. 582, RAVENSWOOD VILLAGE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 62 THROUGH 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
