NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003822-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL FUNDING MORTGAGE SECURITIES I, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-S6 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JASON D. ALVIS; KRISTIE L. ALVIS; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; LEXINGTON OAKS OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, III; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, BLOCK 8, LEXINGTON OAKS VILLAGE 8 AND VILLAGE 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 73 THROUGH 76, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
