NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Petition for Administration and Establishment and Probate of Lost Will for the Estate of Alfred F. Gurliaccio, deceased, whose date of death was August 17, 2015, is pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pasco County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 38053 Live Oak Ave., Dade City, FL 33523. The names and addresses of the Petitioner and the Petitioner's attorney are set forth below.
All intestate heirs of the decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice and Petition for Administration and Establishment and Probate of Lost Will is required, must serve within thirty (30) days after first publication of this notice, any written defenses to the Petition for Administration and Establishment and Probate of Lost Will on the undersigned counsel and file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of the above court. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded in the pleading or motion, without further notice.
