NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 12, 2016 in Civil Case No. 29-2015-CA-004160 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE1 is Plaintiff and ROBERT P. CUMMINGS, REGINA CUMMINGS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of March, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 14, Block 3, WOODLAND TERRACE SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 53, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
