NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 12, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-005837-N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and HENRY TIMOTHEE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of March, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
