NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-001034-CA-J, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee for MFRA Trust 2015-1 is Plaintiff and STACEY RENEE THOMPSON FKA STACEY R CONNOR AKA STACEY CONNOR AKA STACEY RENEE CONNOR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STACEY RENEE THOMPSON FKA STACEY R CONNOR AKA STACEY CONNOR AKA STACEY RENEE CONNOR; JIM PHILLIP CONNOR II AKA PHILLIP CONNOR II AKA PHILLIP J. THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, BEING ASSUMED TO BEAR NORTH FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS DESCRIPTION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
