NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2016, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-005970, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, is Plaintiff and JOSEPH J. ARLEN A/K/A JOSEPH ARLEN; 1301 SOHO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JANE DOE N/K/A LAURIE HAMPTON, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 1st day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT A-3, 1301 SOHO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 214, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14598, PAGE 1016, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
