NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-CA-006711 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8, Plaintiff, and, QUIROZ, ADRIANA, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of March, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 95, BLOCK 1, TIMBERLANE SUBDIVISION UNIT NUMBER 3-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
