NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 05, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-014404 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-3, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff, and JASON A. CHIERO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 13, NASSAU POINT TOWNHOMES AT HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 86, Page 95, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
