RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 6, 2016 and entered in Case No. 14-CA-003713 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
TRACT 3, BLOCK 28, TROPICAL ACRES SOUTH, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 2002 MERIT MOBILE HOME BEARING VINS FLHMLCY159925398A/ FLHMLCY159925398B AFFIXED TO REAL PROPERTY.
