RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 22, 2016 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-006294 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5, is Plaintiff, and DARIN R. CROFTON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 02-202 BLDG. NO 5 OF BEACHWALK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14953, PAGE 1630, 1ST AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15350, PAGE 25, 2ND AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15436, PAGE 1442, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
