NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a final judgment dated the 22nd day of January, 2016, in Case No.: 15-006167-CI of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, in which BAYWAY INVESTMENT FUND, LP is the Plaintiff and ERC HOMES, LLC., a Florida limited liability company, GERALD D. ELLENBURG, RYAN T. KOENIG, AND ANY KNOWN AND/OR UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:

That part of vacated Lots 1, 2, 15 and 16, all in Block 25, MAP OF SEASIDE ASSEMBLY, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 31-32, together with the adjacent vacated alley; LESS that part deeded in Official Records Book 12076, Page 936, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
